Bedtime Story Conservatory 37 02/05/2020
Hello all,
I have a flower on my desk and I am smelling it right now as I write this email. Here is also a fun video which I re-discovered today. I think the word THINKING is something we have been thinking in our thoughts a lot recently, think think think think think it's one of those words that loses meaning think think think sounds like sink sink sink.
Today's reading is the first couple of paragraphs of Cosmos 1996 by Carl Sagan. I have included the TV show Cosmos in a previous email, and Sagan does the voiceover, reading his own book, for this show. Sagan holds the titles of "astronomer, planetary scientist, cosmologist, astrophysicist, astrobiologist, author, science popularizer, philosopher, and science communicator in astronomy and other natural sciences".
Of course, I realise that my voice cannot compete with that of Sagan's, which is entrancing. I just felt like reading this today. Here is the link again to the television show-

The song at the beginning and end of the recording is T-Rex's Cosmic Dancer 1968.
