Hello everyone,
It just hit me that's its been nearly 70 days since this all started, and somehow this project is bouncing on each day alongside me, and maybe you too, towards something unknown. Maybe it will unblock like a drain at some point, all the goo in the brain will suddenly drain through a hole in your neck and leave behind something clear.

Today's reading is the beginning and 'Abomunus Craxioms' from Bob Kaufman's Abomunist Manifesto 1959. Kaufman (1925-1986) has appeared before on this mailing list, and was an African American Beat poet, satirist, surrealist and jazz performance artist.
"Bob Kaufman's Abomunist Manifesto, "first published serially in John Kelly's glad magazine, BEATITUDE," proclaimed itself to be "the first and last word from the abominable snowmen of modern poetry."
"In this poem, the speaker, possibly Bob Kaufman, employs much word play to deliver a series of seemingly anarcho-surrealistic declarations in the vein of McCarthyism, Beat, and Black Arts manifestos at the time."
The 'Abomunists' are a parody fringe group made up by Kaufman to enact an anarchistic 'rejectionary philosophy'.
