Hello everybody,

If you celebrate Easter, happy Easter! If you do not, happy afternoon! I'm thinking of you.

Yesterday, I made chocolate chip cookies, they burnt on the bottom but they still taste good. What made this better was the text for today's reading, Chocolate Covered Katie's Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies. 

When you just want to get to the ingredients list on one of these food blogs, there always seems to be some huge backstory behind the recipe, I found this one very funny, it just goes on and on and on and on.

Despite this, I will admit it does have some pretty good tips and tricks for cookie enthusiasts.

Attached is also an image of what is apparently the worlds biggest cookie. The images file is just "cookie-big".
