Today's reading is The Cares of a Family Man 1919 by Franz Kafka. It speaks of an inanimate, but alive, strange object which inhabits the narrators home. The object is called an 'Odradek' and a sculptural interpretation is pictured below, it's by an artist called Per Oskar-Leu- his website.
