Bedtime Story Conservatory 79 17/06/2020
Hello everyone,
I got my hair cut today, and before cutting it the hairdresser took me into a room and lay my head in a bath and washed my hair. She conditioned it, and as she was doing so massaged my scalp, and I became suddenly aware of the bizareness of the situation, how I had just walked into this place and within 10 minutes a stranger was massaging my head. Then, I sat down for the haircut, and two men were on two two seats beside me, also getting their haircut. We all looked in the same direction into the giant mirror, as did the hairdressers, as if we were all performing on the stage of the barbershop floor, for an unseen spectator behind the glass.

And on a completely unrelated note, today's reading is a fun and touching one, it's Horton Hears a Who 1954 by Dr Seuss. Not much to say about it, but I always love reading Dr Seuss and it puts me in a good mood, which I hope emanates from the reading if you listen to it today.
